AI & Machine Learning Engineer

Are you an experienced AI/ML Engineer driven by the challenge of extracting meaningful intelligence from vast datasets? Revuoo is at the forefront of leveraging artificial intelligence to transform how businesses understand customer feedback and how consumers make trusted decisions. We're seeking a talented individual to expand our AI capabilities, directly contributing to the core intelligence of our platform, including our unique Revuoo Score.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for natural language processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, topic extraction, and review fraud detection.
• Work with large datasets of review content to train, evaluate, and fine-tune models.
• Integrate AI/ML models into our core platform services, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to identify new opportunities for AI-driven features and insights for businesses.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques and tools.
• Monitor model performance in production, troubleshoot issues, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the data pipeline and infrastructure necessary for ML model development and deployment.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Solid understanding of common ML algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in fraud detection, anomaly detection, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their application.
• Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Contributions to open-source ML projects.
