Boost Trust with Verification: For many businesses, you'll have the option to mark your review as "Revuoo Verified Purchase" by securely providing proof of your transaction (like a receipt, invoice, or booking confirmation). Verified reviews carry significantly more weight and help others trust your feedback more deeply.

Be Specific & Detailed:

Go beyond simple star ratings. Explain what happened, when, and why you felt the way you did.

Mention specific aspects of the service, product features, or interactions with staff.

Describe the context: "I visited the restaurant on a busy Saturday evening," or "Their online support for my software issue was prompt."

Be Balanced & Fair:

Even if your experience was negative, maintain a respectful and constructive tone. Focus on the facts, not personal attacks.

If applicable, mention both positives and negatives for a more comprehensive view.

Businesses play a critical role in fostering trust on Revuoo. We expect businesses to:

Respond Professionally: Engage with all reviews (positive and negative) in a constructive, empathetic, and timely manner. Avoid aggressive, defensive, or self-promotional language in your responses.

Do Not Manipulate Reviews:

Do not write fake reviews for your own business or against competitors.

Do not pay for, incentivize (with discounts, gifts, etc.), or coerce customers into writing reviews.

Do not intimidate, harass, or threaten reviewers.
