1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Revuoo. By using the Services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement or have obtained parental or guardian consent if you are a minor.


2. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.


3. Eligibility and Account Creation

5. User Content

---Your Content: You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, publish, or display (hereinafter, "post") on or through the Services, including reviews, ratings, photos, videos, questions, comments, and other materials ("User Content").

---Content License: By posting User Content on Revuoo, you grant Revuoo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media.

---Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Revuoo to use your User Content as described in these Terms, and that your User Content does not violate any law or infringe upon any third-party rights.

---Prohibited Content: Your User Content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Content that violates these guidelines (e.g., hate speech, fake reviews, private information, harassment, spam) will be removed, and may lead to account termination.


6. Revuoo Score and Review Verification

--- Revuoo utilizes a proprietary scoring system (the "Revuoo Score") to provide a holistic view of a business's reputation. This score is calculated based on various factors, including star ratings, review volume, recency, and verification status.

---Revuoo implements robust verification processes, including "Revuoo Verified Purchase" options, to ensure the authenticity and reliability of reviews. We reserve the right to verify, modify, or remove any review that does not meet our Community Guidelines or is deemed fraudulent by our detection systems.


7. Business Services

If you are a business user, you agree to additional terms and responsibilities outlined in our business-specific agreements and our Community Guidelines regarding business conduct, review management, and use of business features (e.g., analytics, invitation tools, widgets). Payment terms for paid business plans are as outlined on our pricing page and during your subscription process.


8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, software, and other content, are the property of Revuoo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the Services or any portion thereof without the prior written consent of Revuoo.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Revuoo is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources, or the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by Revuoo of such websites or resources.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REVUOO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. REVUOO MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT ON THE SERVICES OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO THE SERVICES.


11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVUOO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revuoo, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.


13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the International laws of, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved in the competent courts of Your Jurisdiction.


14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us.


15. Miscellaneous

---Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Revuoo regarding the Services.
---Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
---Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
---Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Revuoo's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect.
