Business Development Representative (BDR)

Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a knack for building relationships? Revuoo is rapidly expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for businesses eager to harness the power of authentic reviews and AI-driven insights. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on generating qualified leads and setting up successful engagements for our Account Executives.

What You'll Do:

  • Research and identify target businesses that would benefit from Revuoo's platform.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to engage with potential clients.
  • Articulate Revuoo's value proposition clearly and compellingly, explaining how our platform helps businesses build trust, attract customers, and gain actionable insights.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, understanding their pain points and business needs.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, competitive offerings, and Revuoo's evolving features.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales/lead generation role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a high volume of outreach activities.
  • Resilient and persistent, with a positive attitude even in the face of rejection.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.

  • Experience in the reputation management, marketing tech, or B2B SaaS space.
  • Proficiency with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach).
  • Understanding of online review ecosystems.
