Community & Trust Specialist

Are you passionate about online trust and ensuring fair interactions? Revuoo is seeking a dedicated Community & Trust Specialist to join our growing Trust & Safety team. You'll be on the front lines of maintaining the authenticity and integrity of our platform, working to detect and address content that violates our Community Guidelines and supporting both our consumer and business communities.

What You'll Do:

• Review reported content (reviews, business responses, profiles) against Revuoo's Community Guidelines and make fair, consistent moderation decisions.
• Investigate suspicious activity and potential fraud attempts, working closely with our AI fraud detection systems.
• Respond to inquiries and escalations related to trust and safety from users and businesses.
• Educate users and businesses on our guidelines and best practices for using the platform.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide insights into emerging trends in content abuse and suggest improvements to our tools and policies.
• Assist in the development and refinement of internal moderation processes and training materials.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful community environment on Revuoo.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in content moderation, community management, trust & safety, or a similar role in an online platform.
• Strong understanding of online content policies, user-generated content, and community dynamics.
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to apply complex guidelines consistently.
• High level of empathy and discretion, capable of handling sensitive and potentially emotionally charged situations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with online review platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a strong asset.

• Experience with content moderation tools and systems.
• Familiarity with legal aspects of user-generated content (e.g., defamation, privacy).
• Experience using data to inform trust and safety initiatives.
